If you ordered you'd have received an email from me, if you didn't get it, it's either been filtered as SPAM (happens way too many times) or it bounced back. Lets assume it was filtered (usually the problem). Send me an email from the email address you ordered from (I'll get your emails fine) and include an alternative email address for sending the download details. I'll send the download details again to the alternative email address and confirm it's sent here. I'll check for the order from you when I wake up later today, but if you've ordered it's almost always my emails been filtered as SPAM (had email spammers use my domains as the return address for their SPAM emails!!) and the easiest solution is supply another email address (for example Hotmail and Gmail haven't filtered my emails to date). I do need an email from the email address you ordered from though so I know you are a customer. BTW I process all orders within 24 hours, you should have chased this up much sooner. If an order from one of my sites doesn't arrive within 24 hours, something went wrong.
