Mortgage Calculator Plugin.
This is a PHP driven WordPress plugin that creates a mortgage calculator whereever you wish (Sidebar, Post title etc etc). This is my first published WordPress plugin, Compatible with Version 2.6+ of WordPress (works with WordPress 3.2.1).
The plugin creates a form with four entries:
Mortgage amount: The initial amount for the mortgage.
Interest: The interest rate of your mortgage.
Years: Years your mortgage lasts for.
Days between payment: How many days between payment.
The plugin then takes all these variables and works out the Entire amount to be payed, the interest payed, and the individual payments.
Currently supports fixed mortgages, but I m planning on adding other various types of mortgage in the future.

Even during, recession there are ways to gain some money or at least dont loose all of them. Nice post.
