This is a PHP driven WordPress plug in that creates a mortgage calculator where ever you wish (Sidebar, Post title etc etc). This is my first published WordPress plug in, Compatible with Version 2.6 of WordPress.

The plug in creates a form with four entries:

Mortgage amount: The initial amount for the mortgage.
Interest: The interest rate of your mortgage.
Years: Years your mortgage lasts for.
Days between payment: How many days between payment.

The plug in then takes all these variables and works out the Entire amount to be payed, the interest payed, and the individual payments.

Currently supports fixed mortgages, but I m planning on adding other various types of mortgage in the future.

But not all ebooks are created equal. Because Ebooks can be easily copied, laws have been introduced to limit the sale of Ebooks. This is where resale rights come in. Your average ebook can only be brought via the author. This means if you buy and Ebook, you can’t resell it.

Resale Rights

This is where resale rights come in. Certain authors are including in the price of an ebook Resale Rights. This gives whoever buys the ebook the right to sell that ebook on but unless they are given Master Resale Rights, the person who buys the ebook from the first buyer can’t sell the Ebook off.

Now finding these Ebooks with Master resale (Or just resale) rights isn’t easy, since you need the know how and the time and money to get ahold of these rights, since most authors don’t want other people making money from their work. And even if you do, you still need a shop to sell them from, take the time to individually add each ebook, set up all the relevant software.

So I’ve taken all of the hassle out of things. Here is a ready built Oscommerce shop, ready to sell 30 different Ebooks. This package gives all the needed files and materials to start your own Ebook selling business, with ready made sales pages and pricing for 24 ebooks.

Installation Instructions.

To add this content to a website you will need:
A server with PHP and MYSQL installed.
MYSQL accessible.
The files included in Ebookshop.zip
FTP access.

Firstly extract all the files inside Ebookshop.zip. Since you are reading this you’ve properly already done this.
Next upload the folder ‘/ebook-shop/’ to the directory where you want the shop to reside. This might take a while since the package is 25 KB in size.
Next you need to create a database. This will hold the store details in. If you can’t create a database, contact your hosting service for the database name, password and user name. Make sure there are no other Oscommerce stores present in this database. then use the ebook_store.sql file and import that into the database.

Now go into includes/configure.php and edti the following:

define (’SITE_NAME’, ‘http://www.examplesite.com’); //Change to your site
define (’SITE_NAME2′, ‘www.examplesite.com’); //Change to your site
define (’USER’, ‘user’); //Change to your username

Your store should now be in a ready, but default state.
